I was petrified of the dentist and waited until the pain could no longer be tolerated. My new dentist did a root canal and I didn't feel a thing. They didn't numb me too much either, as I was leaving the dentist, I could start to feel the numbness wearing off. I was so shocked at how smoothly things went! Since things went so well, I scheduled another appointment for each of my daughters and one for me.

Everyone is kind, go to lengths to explain problems, treatment options in detail.

The staff is very friendly and professional. They never do a “hard shell” like other dental offices. My new crowns are great. My dentist and my dental hygienist are the best. The office seems like a family and it’s clear that morale is good and staff likes each other.

Everyone from Debbie, Faith, to Dr. Francis are wonderful; friendly and professional. I laugh from the moment I enter until I leave and also feel relaxed and important. Everything is explained thoroughly. I DO recommend Dr. Francis and his team to family and friends and will continue to do so.

I wouldn't change a thing. My visits are always pleasant&happy because of the wonderful atmosphere&staff. I've been with Dr Francis for years&both he&his staff are like family to me. I don't know what I'd do without them.

Always an exceptionally good experience; however, after losing an implant I find I'm paranoic an nervous for the safeness of my other three. Why is this your problem? Because I can be a pain-in-the ass if I am not confident that something is not right with the implants. It's an Italian thing! I'm glad you guys are there. Heather is the very best--2d to no one; and as for you Doc, don't change a thing--your attitude and people skills is outstanding (at least to me, anyhow). Maybe those who "really" know you would think different. But, that's their problem.

I love and highly recommend this dentists office, especially Faith. She is so kind and gentle but still gets my teeth really clean. I know my teeth are in good hands with her-- haven't had a cavity in all my 25years!
